LOGOS AND
GRAPHIC DESIGNS
In COMSTRAT 310, Digital Content Promotion, students are tasked with creating and marketing a brand from scratch. This brand could be in retail, hospitality, food and drink, a non-profit, or other approved business endeavor.

From this guidance, Black Dove Coffee Co. was born. Throughout Summer 2021, I built Black Dove a website, social media pages, and other valuable products—like this logo.

Communicating Science and Technology (COM 400) curriculum involved creating a solution for a renewable energy concern. Our team focused on the wind industry’s reliance on rare earth metals mined overseas.

This interdisciplinary team was comprised of engineering, business, and communications students. Engineers focused on designing the turbine, while business and communications students were tasked with marketing it. I designed this logo for our fictional brand WindSyn.

During Spring 2021, my classmates and I created a simulated advertising agency for COMSTRAT 380, Advertising Principles and Practices. We named the company M4—there were four of us and all of our names started with the letter M, either first or last. Here is the logo I designed for our brand.

As an ad agency, we devised a campaign for the Disney Parks, which at that time were just starting to reopen after the COVID-19 pandemic.
